As previously reported, there was speculation that Andaz Maui at Wailea would be adjusting pricing of its real estate offerings. Presented by the Wailea Group, this luxury resort initially offered 12 villas for sale in buildings D, E, and F. However, that left many wondering the status of the two front-row buildings, B and C.
