Honua Kai October 2013 Update

As 2013 winds down to a close and the slow season (September/October) inevitably leads to high season (starting mid December), it becomes pertinent to be informed of micro-market conditions. And with a strong emphasis on the Honua Kai condos for sale, we serve regular updates to keep our clients abreast of market trends/conditions.

As such, let us look at Honua Kai sales activity in the month of October:

New Listings

Hokulani 718 - 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom, 700 square feet, on the southern edge of the Hokulani tower. Priced at $869K.

Konea 329 - 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom, 1,610 square feet, on center of the inner courtyard of the Konea tower with sweeping ocean views. It has been previously offered by the developer for some time, but now was listed on the MLS. Priced at $1.97M

Konea 649 - 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom, 1,930 square feet, on the 2nd stack from the front in the northern wing of the Konea tower. Priced at $2,657,450

Pending Listings

Hokulani 244 - 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom, 695 square feet. List price of $710K.

Hokulani 533 - Studio, of 583 square feet. List price of $738K. Added note, studios do remarkably well as rental properties - view our Honua Kai investment analysis for comparison data.

Konea 605 - 2 bedroom /  2 bathroom, spacious 1,315 square foot floor plan. Priced at $1.58M, one of the better values in premium 2 bedroom units.

Hokulani 528 - 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom unit. Originally listed for $619,900, it sold for $600K

Konea 606 - 1 bedroom + den / 1 bathroom unit. Sold for its asking price of $839,900

Konea 508 - 1 bedroom + den / 1 bathroom unit. Sold for its asking price of $844,900

Hokulani 937 - 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom unit. Originally listed for $1.325M, it sold for $1.18M

Hokulani 345 - 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom unit. Sold for its asking price of $1.21M
