What are the Common Elements?

Kai Malu Common Elements
  • Land
  • All foundations, girders, beams, footing, floor slabs, supports, party and load bearing walls and partitions, roofs, walkways, entrances, entryways and exits of all residential apartment building of the project.
  • All walkways, roadways, sidewalks, perimeter walls, retaining walls, fences, gates, yard areas, driveways, parking areas, loading zones, yards, grounds, landscaping, trash enclosures and mailboxes
