 Why does Ke Alii Ocean Villas not allow vacation rentals?

As with any property, the integrity and vision of the development is carried out via CCR's, By-Laws, House Rules, etc. and KAOV was built to fill the void of long-term residents in South Maui seeking high-end condominiums at comparatively affordable prices.

Are there any more developer sales still available?

As of the late March 2013, all developer sales have closed. That is not to say that there aren't good values still available - but buyers must act quickly when well-priced properties come on the market. We knot the Ke Alii Ocean Villas micro-market exceedingly well and have open communications with many owners - if looking for a specific unit type, contact us and we will see if there are owners who may be open to selling.

Which are considered to be the best buildings or floor plans?

This is completely preference-based and would be best answered by knowing the objectives of a potential buyer, from size, to view corridors, to access to amenities, etc. - contact us with questions.

What are the hours of operation for pool/pavillion?

The pool area is for the exclusive use of residents and their guests. It is open from 8am to 9pm daily - there may exist exclusions from time to time (i.e. repair work).
